In a nutshell, this event is an online presentation of your project that should have something to do with automation, it may be about full automation of a machine or just sensors and automation that might just make life simpler, if your project has something to do with automation then you may participate.
Preliminary Round
Students are requested to submit their abstracts by January 25th. Short listing will be based on innovation, feasibility, practical use and creativity. The sortlisted participants will be intimated through mail.
Rules
The event is open for all students from all over the globe.
A team should not consist of more than 4 members
Their work can be of any field but it must be related to the event (ie.Your work/project should be automated in some way or the other)
The abstract should not exceed a maximum of 500 words or 2 standard A4 pages.
Your abstract muct contain the following details:
The team details along with a bonafide from your respective Colleges/Universities.
The contact adress and e-mail IDs
The objective of the problem statement that you have taken up
A brief description of the problem
The text should be in Times New Roman of size 12 pixel. The spacing between the lines should be within 1.5.

Innovation - 25%
Technical Uniqueness- 25%
Efficiency
Final presentation - 20%
Feasibility - 10%
Complexity of the problem - 10%
Social relevance to the problem - 10%
