| Round 1: |
- Participants must participate individually.
- The algorithm should be handwritten in the given sheet.
- The time limit for each question will be specified.
- The concept implemented in the program will be the judging criteria.

| Round 2: |
- The selected individual must code in a given java environment.
- The time limit will be specified.
- The algorithm must produce the required output, must be as automated as possible and must perform satisfactorily in the test cases.
|
- An algorithm with lesser average space and time complexities, that has fewer number of errors and satisfies more test cases will be considered the better one.
- A preliminary round will be held in which the participants will be given flawed algorithms. The participants will have to debug the given algorithms to produce efficient and appropriate algorithms.
- Only candidates who successfully qualify the preliminary round will be allowed to participate in the final round.
- Judge's decision will be final.
