Processors are the electronic brains of today’s world. Today we might be working with various processors single core, dual core and the latest quad core. But how much do we know about the mother of all processors 8085. You think you know about the mother more than anyone else. This is the platform for you to test your knowledge.

Route Info

  • There are two rounds in this event
  • The first preliminary round will be of objective type and participants will face questions from the basic concepts of Microprocessor 8085 and some basic coding questions.
  • Only six teams will move on to the next round.
  • The second round is a coding round. Problems will be given to the team and the outputs will be verified for even the worst cases.
  • Mnemonics sheets will be provided.
  • The performance will be assesed based on the time taken and the outputs obtained.

Rules

  • The team may consist of a maximum of two members.
  • Team Members should produce valid ID cards.
  • Participants should register online for the event
  • Participants are requested to be at the spot ten minutes in advance
  • Registration at the info desk on the day of the event is a must
  • Decision of the judges is final.

Judging Criteria

  • The codes will be evaluated based upon, the approach to the problem
  • correctness
  • Efficiency
